Where’s my shipment?

When your order has been shipped from our New York headquarters, you will receive an email where you can track your package and keep an eye on shipping activity. You can also log into your account and select “My Orders” to review the order status.

How long does shipping take?

Free Shipping takes 2-4 Business Days, Priority Mail takes 1-3 Business Days, and Expedited takes 1 Business Day.

What is your shipping method?

All domestic shipments ship via USPS. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all US orders. Local pickup at our New York City headquarters is free. Express shipping (1 business day) is $10.

What happens if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

Our sincere apologies if that has happened, but don’t worry, we'll take care of it. Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to contact@ashitanewyork.com and our Customer Service Representative will be happy to take care of it right away.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items within two weeks of order delivery for a full refund. All orders must be returned in original packaging and original condition. All special orders and custom engraving pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds. To start a return process, please email contact@ashitanewyork.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.   

 

Can I return my custom or engraved piece?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any custom or engraved piece. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer the option to ship overseas.
