Our Delivery Options and Timelines 

You will receive an email denoting your tracking number once your order(s) have been packaged and shipped from our NYC location, through USPS. Our logistics team at ASHITA is at your service and well-equipped to impart any required information. We’re with you until your jewelry arrives at your doorstep.

Standard Shipping: Complementary
  • 2 - 4 Business Days 
  • All orders (excluding custom-made pieces) placed after 5:30PM EST on Friday are dispatched the following Monday
Expedited Shipping: 10 USD
  • 1 - 3 Business Days 
  • All orders (excluding custom-made pieces) placed after 5:30PM EST on Friday are dispatched the following Monday 
Express Shipping: 30 USD
  • Next Business Day 
  • Please place your order by 5:30PM EST
  • Purchases made after 5:30 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 
We do not currently offer international shipping. 

Return Policy 

Returning your jewelry couldn’t be simpler. To initiate a return, please email contact@ashitanewyork.com within 30 days of receiving your order, listing the item(s) you are returning, reason for return, and specifying whether you prefer a full refund to the original mode of payment, or a gift card of equivalent value. You will receive a prepaid return label within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. 

All orders must be returned in the original ASHITA packaging and unused condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will be sent back to you. We do not accept returns on engraved or personalized jewelry.
