Do you ship internationally?

Does my order come with a warranty?

We provide a one-year warranty on all of our jewelry from the date of delivery. If any issues arise in the first year, we will repair your piece free of charge. Note this does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear. We are always happy to repair damaged pieces out of warranty. Fees for this service vary according to the extent of repair.

What is your shipping method?

ASHITA uses USPS for all domestic deliveries. Shipping is insured - If the package is lost, stolen or damaged in-transit, it’s covered. 

How long does shipping take?

Standard US deliveries take 2-4 business days.

What is your exchange policy?

All sale items are final. 


We accept returns and exchanges on all non-sale items within two weeks of order delivery for a full refund. All orders must be returned in original packaging and original condition.


All special orders and custom engraving pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

How does engraving work?

Custom engraving is a FREE option with your order. There is no extra lag time for custom engraving. Please request custom engraving on the checkout page for each order or by contacting ASHITA Customer Service after placing your order.

Can I return a custom or engraved piece?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any custom or engraved pieces.
