Returning your jewelry couldn’t be simpler. To initiate a return, please email contact@ashitanewyork.com within 30 days of receiving your order, listing the item(s) you are returning, reason for return, and specifying wither you prefer a full refund to the original mode of payment, or a gift card of equivalent value. You will receive a prepaid return label within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
All orders must be returned in the original ASHITA packaging and unused condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will be sent back to you. We do not accept returns on engraved or personalized jewelry.
